Chelsea’s managerial future is uncertain as reports suggest they’re considering alternatives to Mauricio Pochettino.
According to the Guardian, club co-owner Todd Boehly has identified Sporting CP’s Ruben Amorim and Brighton’s Roberto De Zerbi as potential replacements.
Amorim’s stock is high after leading Sporting to the top of the Portuguese league, surpassing both Benfica and Porto.
De Zerbi has also garnered praise for his work at Brighton since taking over from Graham Potter in 2022.
Chelsea’s struggles under Pochettino are a concern despite significant investment by the new ownership.
Their Carabao Cup final loss to Liverpool further highlighted inconsistencies.
