Manchester City’s financial charges to be heard “soon,” says Premier League CEO.
During a press conference in London on Friday, Premier League chief Richard Masters announced that the hearing regarding Manchester City’s 115 alleged breaches of Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations will occur “in the near future.” However, no specific date was revealed.
These charges, dating back to 2009 and spanning until 2018, are far more intricate than recent FFP cases involving Nottingham Forest and Everton. Manchester City, the reigning champions, vehemently deny any wrongdoing.
