Kylian Mbappé’s performance at Euro 2024 has sparked discussion, with former French international Frank Leboeuf expressing his observations.
Leboeuf, speaking on ESPN’s YouTube channel, highlighted Mbappé’s single goal contribution (one goal and one assist) in five Euro appearances for Les Bleus.
“There will be questions asked,” Leboeuf acknowledged, “as fans have high expectations for Mbappé, considering his immense talent.”
He further elaborated: “To be considered the world’s best in his position, consistent performance is crucial. While the recent injury might be a factor, some struggles have been evident for a few months now.”
Leboeuf offered a hopeful note: “Perhaps his move to Real Madrid will provide a positive environment for him to regain his top form.”
