“If They Train Well They Will Compete” – Amorim on Rashford and Garnacho

Rashford and Garnacho Need to Improve

Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has addressed the recent exclusion of Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho from the team. While suggesting that the decision was not disciplinary, Amorim emphasized the need for improvement from both players.

“New week, new life, if they train well they will compete for a place in the team,” Amorim stated. “We need Rashford and Garnacho. It was NOT a disciplinary thing. We have to improve our standards inside and outside the pitch.”

Amorim’s comments indicate that Rashford and Garnacho will have an opportunity to regain their place in the team if they can meet the required standards.
