Victor Osimhen received a red card as nine-man Napoli suffered a 2-0 loss against Roma in Serie A.
This defeat added to Napoli’s tough week following a 4-0 loss to Frosinone in the Copa Italia.
Osimhen was shown a second yellow card for a challenge on Diego Llorente, with his team behind by a goal.
Earlier in the match, Osimhen’s teammate Matteo Politano was also sent off for an incident with Nicola Zalewski.
Roma moved up to sixth place, just three points behind the top four, after this victory. Their next match is against Juventus, while Napoli will host Monza.
