Napoli’s striker, Victor Osimhen, is reportedly set to sign a pre-contract agreement with Chelsea.
Although he has a release clause of around £112m and is not expected to move this month, Osimhen is said to be willing to commit to a move to Chelsea in January, with a transfer at the end of the season.
Former Chelsea players Didier Drogba and John Obi-Mikel have reportedly been in regular contact with Osimhen, aiming to convince him to join Chelsea.
The Blues have been keen to bolster their attacking options and have identified Osimhen as their top target.
