Alhassan Yusuf confirmed that he did not suffer a serious injury during the Super Eagles’ 1-1 draw against Equatorial Guinea, despite being stretchered off in the 69th minute.
Making his competitive debut for the team, the 23-year-old midfielder assured that his injury was just a cramp and expressed hope of being available for the upcoming match against Cote d’Ivoire.
The Super Eagles are set to face Cote d’Ivoire at the Alassane Ouattara Stadium, Ebimpe, Abidjan on Thursday.
