Earlier this week, the French finance and economy ministry was reportedly searched as part of an investigation into the 2017 transfer of Brazilian football star Neymar to Paris Saint-Germain.
There are suspicions that PSG may have received favorable tax treatment in connection with the transfer.
Neymar made a world-record move from Barcelona to PSG in 2017, but later moved to Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal.
It is reported that he will earn 100 million euros per season in Saudi Arabia, with PSG set to receive 100 million euros from the deal.
