Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola is eyeing a summer transfer for Paris Saint-Germain’s young attacking midfielder, Xavi Simons, according to Fichajes.
The 20-year-old Simons has impressed on loan at RB Leipzig this season, putting up 9 goals and 13 assists across all competitions.
He could potentially be seen as a replacement for Kevin De Bruyne, who has attracted interest from the Saudi Pro League and may leave Manchester City.
PSG’s plans for Simons remain unclear after his loan ends in June.
There have even been reports that they might be open to a swap deal involving Simons and Bernardo Silva, a midfielder currently playing for Manchester City.
