Title Race Heats Up: Man City vs Arsenal a “Final,” Says Guardiola
Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has fired up the title race, declaring their upcoming Premier League clash against Arsenal on March 31st a “final.”
With just 10 games remaining, the three teams (City, Arsenal, and Liverpool) are locked in a tight battle for the championship.
Currently, Arsenal leads with 64 points, with City close behind at 63.
Guardiola seeks revenge after Arsenal’s victories over City this season, including the Community Shield win and a 1-0 defeat in October.
However, City dominated Arsenal 4-1 at the Etihad last year, and Guardiola hopes to repeat that feat.
While acknowledging the importance of the upcoming match, Guardiola emphasizes the need for rest.
He plans to use the international break to give his players a break and allow them to recharge before the crucial encounter. “We have a final against Arsenal,” he said, “Let’s go!”
