Pochettino Targets European Return for Chelsea After Dominant Win

Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino set his sights on European football after their emphatic 5-0 win over West Ham United.

Speaking at a post-match press conference, Pochettino emphasized the importance of securing a European spot for both the club’s development and the players’ ambitions this season.

The dominant victory, fueled by goals from Nicolas Jackson (2), Cole Palmer, Conor Gallagher, and Noni Madueke, propelled Chelsea into seventh place in the table.

Pochettino downplayed immediate pronouncements but stressed the team’s focus on building on this momentum.  “We are trying to be in Europe,” he declared. “It will be good for the team and the players to be in Europe this season.”
