Mason Greenwood Gets Price Tag Amidst Man Utd Transfer Speculation
Manchester United forward Mason Greenwood, who hasn’t played for the club since January 2022, has been assigned a transfer price as his contract enters its final year.
The 22-year-old impressed on loan at Getafe this season, scoring eight goals and providing six assists in 29 appearances. This sparked interest from La Liga clubs, including Atletico Madrid and Barcelona.
However, according to Spanish outlet MARCA, these European giants are now ‘resigned’ to missing out on Greenwood due to Manchester United’s hefty €60 million asking price.
The report suggests the English club is likely to accept the highest offer, potentially from a club in Saudi Arabia, despite Greenwood’s preference for Champions League football.
