Chelsea Considers Next Steps: Possible Replacements for Pochettino Emerge

Chelsea Eyes New Manager After Pochettino Departure

Following the news of Mauricio Pochettino’s departure from Chelsea, speculation mounts regarding his potential replacement. As reported by the Daily Post on Tuesday, Pochettino left the club under a mutual agreement.

Despite a strong finish to the season, securing a sixth-place Premier League  finish, Pochettino’s tenure at Stamford Bridge comes to an end. Reports suggest disagreements with the club’s ownership played a role in his exit.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea is seeking a manager known for a dynamic playing style. He indicates that the club is considering several candidates, with discussions involving both directors and owners.

Romano mentions Thomas Frank (currently managing Brentford) and Kieran McKenna (former assistant manager at Manchester United) as potential options. However, he emphasizes that the search remains open, with Seb Hoeneß (currently managing Stuttgart) also being considered, though his focus remains with his current club.
