Fulham midfielder Alex Iwobi has etched his name into Premier League history after scoring in his side’s victory over Leicester City.
Iwobi’s goal marked his tenth consecutive season finding the net in the English top flight, making him the second Nigerian player to achieve this remarkable feat.
The 28-year-old has now amassed 23 goals in the Premier League since his debut for Arsenal in the 2015/16 season.
Iwobi joins former Arsenal and West Bromwich Albion striker Nwankwo Kanu, who previously held the record for the most consecutive seasons scoring in the Premier League with 12.
