UEFA Reopens Bidding for 2027 Champions League Final
UEFA has announced that the 2027 men’s Champions League final will no longer be held in Milan due to uncertainties surrounding the San Siro stadium’s refurbishment plans.
The decision was made after the municipality of Milan was unable to guarantee that the stadium and its surroundings would not be impacted by construction work during the event.
As a result, UEFA has reopened the bidding process to select a new host city for the final. A decision on the venue is expected to be made in May or June 2025.
