Ronaldo Hints at Retirement Plans
Cristiano Ronaldo has hinted that he may be nearing the end of his playing career. The Al-Nassr striker made this statement after scoring a goal in his team’s victory over Al Rayyan in the AFC Champions League.
Ronaldo expressed his desire to enjoy the remaining years of his career and focus on helping his team achieve success. He downplayed the importance of individual awards and recognition.
Since joining Al-Nassr, Ronaldo has won the Arab Club Champions Cup. However, he has yet to achieve significant success in the Saudi Pro League.
He said: “I’m just enjoying playing football now as I know I don’t have much time left on the pitch.“It is not important to me now to be the best player or to win awards. What is important to me now is to enjoy and help my team.”
